Noisy environment with disturbances from guests and nearby bars late into the night. Water temperature in the shower fluctuated wildly, leading to an uncomfortable experience. Clogged washbasin, broken toilet button, and a noticeable lack of cleanliness with dirty cups contributed to a less-than-ideal stay.

This location was excellent and stunning, close enough to the Main Street and beach, the aiport and bars / restaurants so was very easy to walk to beach. The staff was very welcoming and attentive, helped with every request. Our king studio was equipped with window inside, double bed, for example...

I took a brand-new and new-fashioned room with window inside, double bed, for example. The rate was gbp 487. The location was stunning, on a quiet square with easy access to a night market and a market.

Just an optimal selection for a brief stopover in Jomtien Beach with very nice value for money. The rooms were cleaned every day and the staff were friendly, making the stay pleasant. Bring your own coffee supplies since there's none provided at all.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the beautiful Jomtien Beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and sand.

I had a boss time there! The staff were dead sound and helped me feel right at home. The location was mint, just a short walk to the beach. But the breakfast could do with a bit more variety, like fresh fruit or pastries.

The location of Neo Hotel is its biggest highlight-just a short walk from the beach and close to local amenities like a 7-Eleven for snacks. The staff at the front desk are cute, and they always greeted me with a smile .

The hotel facilities leave much to be desired. I experienced issues with water pressure and had cold showers , despite reporting it multiple times. The air conditioning was loud, disrupting sleep, and the room could use some updates to avoid feeling outdated.

The warm and friendly reception staff made arrival pleasant despite the long travel. The room faced several issues such as fluctuating water temperature in the shower and a noisy environment due to loud guests and nearby bars. Cleaning could be improved. Dirty floors and unwashed cups were disappointing. The location was a positive aspect, just a short walk to the beach. Quality seafood nearby enhanced the experience.

Everything was super clean and wonderfully accommodating with heartfelt warmth from the staff.

Great budget stay near the beach

The cleaning staff were always on point, and my room was super clean every day. Plus, the location is awesome. Just a short walk to the beach! The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, too. Just wish the Wi-Fi was a bit faster at times.

Neo is conveniently located just 200 meters from Jomtien Beach. The rooms are cleaned every day with fresh towels, providing asuper clean and cozy environment. With friendly receptionists who are always ready to help, it's a pleasant stay for all.

The location was particularly good, being less than a 10-minute walk from restaurants. Dongtan Beach district was worth exploring. - We stayed in a new-fashioned king studio with a double bed. - the breakfast was above average.

The rooms are nice and modern with comfortable double beds.
